There will be occasions where you will want to look up the version of Conquer installed for your organization. Such an example is when a new release or update is announced, but you may have missed it by not reading the email or have delayed upgrading. In addition, the Conquer Support team may ask of the version number as part of basic troubleshooting.
Below are instructions on how to look up the version of Conquer installed, depending on the platform used. For many of these steps, you will need to be assigned the appropriate privileges and permissions necessary in order to access some of the components needed.
Salesforce Lightning
Navigate and click on the Setup gear icon.
Click once more on Setup.
Use the Quick Search Bar on the left to filter by typing "Installed Packages." Click on the link which appears.
You are brought to a screen which lists all the packages installed in your Salesforce Org.
Look for a package named DialSource Denali or Conquer and check the Version Number. In the screenshot below, version 1.94 is installed.
As above, the Enterprise package has the package name DialSource Denali Enterprise.
Salesforce Classic
If you use Salesforce with the Classic interface, you can use the same steps to check the version.
First, Navigate and click on Setup.
Use the Quick Search Bar on the left to filter by typing "Installed Packages." Click on the link which appears.
You will be brought to a screen which will list all the packages installed in your Salesforce Org.
If your organization has the Standard package installed, look for a package named DialSource Denali, and check the Version Number from here. In the screenshot below, version 1.94 is installed.
If your organization has the Enterprise package installed, look for a package named DialSource Denali Enterprise.
