Were you logged into your CRM with the Conquer Voice Panel open? Make sure to have a tab with the Conquer Voice Panel open. Otherwise, your phone state will change to Inbound Locked and you will not receive any inbound phone call. Also, you are not able to receive inbound calls during the small window of time while your tab is reloading.
If you have already confirmed that you have a tab displaying the Conquer Voice Panel open, confirm with your manager that you've been correctly added to an Inbound Group. If you have a direct inbound phone number, they can also check that your DID has been correctly configured.
