- Do you have the appropriate permissions? Make sure your User Profile has the “Export Reports” permission enabled.
- What folder is your report saved under? You must save reports made for Conquer Call List/Campaign in a public folder. This can be the "Unfiled Public Reports" folder, the "Conquer Reports" folder, the "DialSource Reports" folder, or a designated public folder for call list/campaign source reports. Otherwise, the reports will be unavailable during Call List/Campaign creation.
