"Why aren’t my dashboards statistics correct?"
- Have you manually refreshed the dashboards? Salesforce dashboards don't automatically refresh, so make sure your dashboards are manually refreshed to ensure the most up-to-date dashboards. Otherwise, the dashboards presented will not be up-to-date and the statistics will be incorrect. To manually refresh dashboards, click on the Refresh button in the Dashboards Tab.
- Is your Username and Password up-to-date for your Configuration Account? Configuration Account’s Username and Password must be updated everytime the Salesforce login has changed. If the Configuration Account’s Username and Password isn’t up-to-date then data will not populate on the dashboards and DS Sessions won’t log. To ensure your Configuration Account is up-to-date: *If you do not have access to Configuration Account then contact your System Admin or Conquer Support*
Navigate to the DS Management Tab and click on Settings (gear) Icon. Scroll to Configuration Account section and locate “Good” or “Invalid Login” status in the right corner. If status is “Invalid Login”, then enter the most up-to-date Username and Password and click on the Update button:
