Good morning, Conquer for Salesforce users. It has come to our attention that multiple instances of Salesforce are experiencing service disruptions today. This can impact Conquer users in a variety of ways, including page loading, call logging, and softphone loading.
UPDATE: Salesforce is reporting all incidents resolved.
As of publishing, Salesforce lists the impacted instances as EU45, NA158, and NA147:

UPDATE 9:21am Pacific Time: Salesforce has added additional information to Incident 9517:
UPDATE 9:41am Pacific Time: Salesforce has added an additional Incident 9518. This incident is part of an issue in the Paris datacenter, which is also causing Incident 9517.
It's unclear if this new incident impacts Conquer users directly, but we are including it here in the interest of providing complete information. This also indicates that it's possible Salesforce will uncover issues on additional instances as they continue their investigation.
