Good morning, Conquer Voice users. Conquer Engineering has identified an issue that can cause intermittent freezing of the softphone and delayed responses of button clicks. They are actively investigating the cause and working to resolve as promptly as possible.
Symptoms have occurred in relatively short bursts lasting a few minutes at a time, followed by a return to normal behavior.
UPDATE 12:45pm Pacific Time: Conquer Engineering has identified what they believe to be the cause of the issue and are working on a patch.
UPDATE 1:15pm Pacific Time: A fix is now deployed. Conquer Engineering will be monitoring live to ensure the fix adequately addressed the issue. Once the issue is confirmed resolved, they will provide an RCA with additional details.
UPDATE 8:20am Pacific Time Monday March 28: Conquer Engineering has identified a recurrence of the same issue, even after the fix deployed last week. They are actively working to resolve with the new information they have available.
UPDATE 10:30am Pacific Time: Conquer Engineering has completed a patch, however due to the nature of the patch it will be need to be deployed outside of normal business hours. The update is scheduled for 9pm Pacific Time tonight.
