Conquer is receiving reports of users placing calls to Verizon cell phones and having that call reroute back to the Caller ID they presented. We have engaged our provider for review, but at this time it appears to be a Verizon specific issue. We will update as we are provided with more information.
Update 12:25PM PT : Bandwidth's NOC Team continues to investigate and has stated this appears to be an off-network issue. Further updates will be posted as we receive them.
Update 3:00PM PT : Bandwidth has stated the routing problem resolved and we are monitoring. We await a RCA and will update once that information has been recieved.
