Good afternoon, Conquer Voice users. A service provider has notified us that they have detected an issue in one of the telephony carriers that the Conquer Voice system uses. They have routed around the carrier and are attempting to resolve at the provider level. While they believe the issue should be resolved shortly, our own telephony team is continuing to monitor the situation closely and will make any possible adjustments within our own system.
If users experience issues connecting an agent session, please advise them to submit a bug report via the Report Issue button so that our telephony team can pull the relevant information and submit to our providers for review.
