Happy Holidays from the Conquer family to yours!
To allow our teams to spend some time with their families this holiday season, Conquer will be closed Thursday 12/23, Friday 12/24 and Friday 12/31. As a reminder, here's a link to our general Holiday Schedule. We know that things still come up, holiday or not, so we do have our usual on call support resources available for high priority items. All tickets received over the holiday weekend will also receive follow-up when we return on 12/27 and 1/3.
For urgent issues, in addition to opening a support ticket as usual, you are welcome to add our Support Manager, Blake Cohen to the CC on your ticket (email@example.com).
