Good morning, Conquer Voice users. Our developers are aware of an incident causing delays in loading and frequent occurrences of "Network Error" in the Conquer Voice softphone. They are actively investigating for the quickest possible resolution.
UPDATE 8:10am Pacific Time: The initial incident appears to be clearing. Full system performance is returning, but all hands remain on deck to determine the cause and continued uptime.
UPDATE 9:45am Pacific Time: The service disruption has been confirmed to have been caused by an issue from a provider (https://rackspace.service-now.com/system_status). As of this update, they are reporting operating at reduced redundancy. While at this time there is no confirmed impact on our system by the reduced redundancy, this could possibly lead to network latency. Our development team remains on high alert and is monitoring the situation closely.
As this is the same provider contributing to previous service disruptions, the root cause and solution remains to remove them as a provider. This remains our highest priority and we are working to accomplish that as quickly, but as safely as possible.
