Good morning, Conquer Voice users. Our telecom team has been notified that Bandwidth, a commonly used telecom provider, is currently experiencing a DDoS attack. Agents with A Leg (agent session) numbers on the Bandwidth network may experience a variety of connectivity issues on their connection to Conquer Voice until the issue is resolved.
As this exists outside of the Conquer system, we advise that any individuals or companies who use Bandwidth-provided phone systems to switch to an alternate phone for their agent session, such as a cell phone, until the issue is resolved.
UPDATE: As of the morning of September 28, the issue appears to be persisting. As before, we recommend all users who are impacted switch to a different connection method, such a a cell phone, until the provider confirms all is resolved.
