Good day, Conquer Voice users. As you all are likely aware, there are currently several weather incidents impacting large parts of the eastern US and Canada, largely related to Hurricane Ida. These incidents have substantial impact on infrastructure, which includes telecommunications.
Based on current reports, cell phone users, especially Verizon cell phones, are experiencing a high rate of disconnection and audio loss due to the impact of the weather. These issues are intermittently present on all calls outside of Conquer Voice, which at this time, remains un-impacted by Ida. Land lines and softphones do appear to be more stable for the time being, as reports from users who have been able to connect via a different method have reported substantially improved performance.
While our infrastructure remains stable, we are also monitoring regional carriers who may be impacted and making adjustments wherever possible.
