At approximately 6am PDT it was reported to the Conquer engineering team that the dialer was not loading. By 6:30am PST the team had identified an issue with the Conquer domain DNS which was causing access issues for users with the dialer.
At 6:54am PDT the resolution began propagating to restore service. Some services for some users started coming back online.
By 12pm PDT it was reported that all systems are back online.
To mitigate the risk of this issue happening again, the team is reviewing existing processes and documenting additional solutions.
