[CHANGE] Campaign refreshes have been getting stuck in a "Refresh in Progress" status. This message was not indicative of why a campaign was getting stuck while refreshing. We have now added additional status codes including Authentication Timed Out, Authentication Error, Bad Report, and Bad Config which each indicate an error while attempting to refresh. This change will help identify these issues and prevent the status message "Refresh in Progress" being displayed when there is actually an error. Customers will now have the ability to manually refresh when these messages appear in the status column. Denali will only now only automatically refresh campaigns that are in Good and Refresh Paused status (campaigns that have refreshes paused due to having no users assigned will still be checked for assignment changes and automatically start to refresh when users are assigned). [Fix] Campaigns and Campaign Schedules have had several cosmetic bug fixes including: font type and size changes, time format to reflect 12hr instead of 24hr format, title changes, hover icon color changes, and some scrolling improvements.
[Change] When creating a new campaign the default calling time of 8am to 6pm will now be presented automatically. In the past campaigns could be created with no associated calling time, now the default will be used if no other time is specified.
[New] Column sorting has been added to the campaign manager. Name, Total Records, Start Time, End Time, Status, Last Updated can now be sorted individually ascending or descending order.
[Fix] Disposition Fields beyond 10 records can now be edited ( 554334 )
[Fix][Salesforce] Dispositions now default to "all" if a campaign disposition group is not found to avoid the agent getting stuck in wrap-up because of this condition (580567, 580576, 587938)

[Change] [Salesforce] The previous campaign engine is being deprecated tonight @8pm (PST) for users of the Salesforce CRM. For Managers this means the old campaign page will no longer be available in DS Admin. For Agents this is a seamless transition; for those that may have been seeing duplicates in their Denali campaign records, this should be rectified.
