[New] We now support non-US numbers in Campaigns. Previously, dialing a number using campaigns failed or showed "undialable" if that number that didn't use the US country code. International calling is an additional feature that that can be added to your account by contacting your CSM.
[New] When setting up the call to the agent, we now set the caller name to "DialSource." This mostly is to support agents in Canada, where the caller name is sent on the call itself, rather than carriers looking it up in a database. In December, we introduced this same change for calls to customers, and we are now adding it to the agent call leg as well.
[Change] Clearer user notification when a call is blocked by the pre-dial webhook. Previously the message and the override were displayed in different formats and in different locations. These have been combined for a single unified message.

[Fix] If an agent sets Inbound Ready to False immediately after a call arrives, sometimes the agent status gets into a stuck state where many DialSource activities fail until that agent is reset.
[Fix] If an inbound call reaches DialSource with an invalid phone number, the agent gets an offer, but clicking the answer button then does nothing.
[Fix] When looking up geopgraphic-based automatic recording redaction settings for a telephone number, a non-US number that starts with the same six digits as a US phone number is evaluated as a US number. For example, the Netherlands number +31534788888 triggers the recording settings as if it were the New York phone number 315-347-8888.
