Good morning, Conquer Voice users. Our telecom team has become aware of an issue that is causing some inbound calls to fail to complete. Those calls would ring to a busy signal or a message that the call cannot be completed as dialed. Our telecom team is working with our providers to resolve ASAP. Outbound calling is not affected at this time. Updates will be posted here as they become available.
UPDATE 12:03pm PT: Conquer Telecom reports that the provider is closing in on a solution.
UPDATE 12:47pm PT: Conquer Telecom has confirmed they are waiting on news from the provider, but are monitoring the system in the meantime.
UPDATE 3:30pm PT: Conquer Telecom continues to monitor for call delivery failures and is engaged with our provider.
UPDATE 7:45am PT November 7: Monitoring this morning shows improved performance. Telecom continues to stay close to the issue. Further updates will be published once available.
RESOLVED 12:05pm PT November 7: While we are in the process of migrating traffic to our new provider, we are seeing much better results in terms or quality and routing. We had some details to nail down with them in terms of max lines, etc., and as a result, we saw a few calls unable to complete. We've addressed that with the provider, been monitoring since yesterday afternoon, and it is no longer an issue.
