Good afternoon, Conquer Voice users. Our team is receiving reports from some users who are using the Computer Audio feature to connect to Conquer Voice. Our team is investigating the issue and will provide an update soon.
We recommend that impacted users do continue to perform local troubleshooting steps like clearing cache and cookies, rebooting any VPN or other network tools, and checking device settings. Additionally, if switching to Call Me is an option, we recommend using that method to connect.
UPDATE 1:10pm Pacific Time: Conquer Telecom has identified the issue with Computer Audio. They have a planned system maintenance scheduled for 7pm Pacific Time tonight. Any users who are connected to Computer Audio at that time will have their calls disconnected. For the remainder of today, we still recommend that users use the Call Me feature rather than Computer Audio.
