Good afternoon, Conquer partners. Our team became aware of a Microsoft service disruption impacting Teams and Outlook, so we wanted to alert any partners who use Microsoft tools at their organizations in case they were not already aware.

Impact on Conquer users is not clear, but since Outlook is impacted it's possible that Email, Scheduler, and Cadence users who authorize with a Microsoft Outlook email address may experience errors or unusual events. We encourage all partners who use Microsoft Outlook and/or Teams to follow Microsoft's updates on the disruption.
