Good morning, Conquer Voice users. Conquer Engineering has identified an issue preventing Conquer Voice Campaigns from loading in the softphone or presenting records to users. They are actively investigating and working to resolve as quickly as possible. Updates will be added to this post as they become available.
UPDATE 7:29am Pacific Time: Conquer Engineering is reporting the issue resolved. This is confirmed in testing by Conquer Support. If you or any members of your team still need assistance, please contact Conquer Support and someone will reach out to assist immediately.
Root Cause Analysis:
At 7:10am Pacific Time, the Conquer Campaign Engine experienced a database issue that resulted in some messages failing to be delivered to or from the Campaign engine. At 7:15am PT, Conquer Engineering began to restart the impacted services, which resulted in them releasing the old connections and creating new, more stable ones. The system began to recover at 7:23am PT and full stability was restored at 7:25am PT. Moving forward, Conquer will work to automate the process that identified and restarted the malfunctioning services to minimize disruption without impacting customers.
