Good afternoon, Conquer Voice users. As a follow up to our Computer Audio General Release, we are excited to announce that it's time to enable Computer Audio for all organizations on the Conquer Voice platform! Full enablement for all organizations who have not already had Computer Audio enabled is scheduled for Tuesday, May 23 at 2pm Pacific Time.
When Computer Audio is enabled, all Conquer Voice users active in Salesforce Lightning Experience will have the option available in the User Settings menu after they refresh their page. They will still be able to connect by the previous method (now labeled "Call Me"), but will also have the option to connect by Computer Audio. They can find everything they need to know about the new functionality in our Computer Audio Guide. Note that Computer Audio is only available for users in Salesforce Lightning Experience, the feature is not available for users on Salesforce Classic or Microsoft Dynamics due to platform limitations.
