Good morning, Conquer Scheduler users. Conquer Engineering has identified an issue with a third-party service that is impacting the use of Conquer Scheduler. People who use a provided Scheduler link to attempt to schedule a meeting will experience delayed loading and possible error messages. Most of the time, a page refresh or waiting will be sufficient for the page to load and schedule the meeting, but it is not the expected experience.
Conquer Engineering has a ticket open with the service provider now. We will post updates here as they become available to us.
Note: Conquer Voice and all other Conquer services are not impacted. This issue is specific to Scheduler.
UPDATE 12:30pm Pacific Time: The service provider has stated they are aware of the disruption but have not yet provided a cause or timeline to resolution.
UPDATE 2:40pm Pacific Time: The service provider's status page is reporting the issue as resolved. They have maintenance scheduled for tomorrow from 6pm-6:30pm Pacific Time.
