Welcome to Conquer Support! We’re excited to have you with us. You now have a centralized resource which will provide you with everything you need to reach peak performance with Conquer!
Overview
Through Conquer Support, you can stay in touch with the latest Conquer information, access all our Guides and FAQs, discuss ideas and best practices in the Community, as well as help influence the development roadmap with Feature Requests.
Note: If you are already familiar Conquer but are currently working remotely, check out out best practices for working from home here: Conquer for Remote Workers.
Getting Started
All you need to do to take advantage of everything Conquer Support has to offer is sign up. It's super easy and in a minute or two, you'll be posting, voting and commenting like a pro.
Signing Up
To sign up, just click the “Sign in” link in the upper right hand corner of the screen. If you've ever interacted with our support team before, we've already created an account for you, so all you have to do is click the "Get a password" link.
If you're new to Conquer and don't have an account, just click the "Sign up" link and complete the short sign-up form. If you're not sure, don't worry - going through the Sign up process will verify whether or not you already have an account.
Note: Remember to sign up using your work email, as this will allow you to check the status of any support requests you submit.
My Profile
Once you are signed in, your name will show up in the upper right hand corner of the screen, where you'll have access to "My profile." Here, you can update your information so the Community can know a little more about you. Clicking "OK" will automatically update any changes:
Submitting a Request
If you need to contact Support, the best way to do that is through the "Report Issue" button in the Conquer Voice softphone, as that gives us information about your current status. If you're not an end user, you can submit a request via the "submit a request" link here, or by emailing support@conquer.io.
Conquer Support Resources
Once you've logged in, you'll have full access to all Conquer Support has to offer.
Search
Regardless of where you are in Conquer Support, you can always search the Knowledge Base and Community content using the search bar that shows up at the top of every page. If you're looking for a specific topic, this is a great place to start.
News and Updates
This is a great first stop when logging in. Here you'll find important Conquer updates, status reports, notifications of maintenance windows, etc. Think of this as the office water cooler. You'll be able to view and comment on news posts just like any other posts in the Conquer Support community.
Knowledge Base
Looking to help a new user get started, introduce an experienced user to a new feature, or learn how the Conquer team maintains their radiant smiles? (Okay, maybe not that last one - that's a trade secret - but the rest is all yours.) Welcome to our knowledge base where you'll find User guides, FAQs, as well as some general how-to articles.
Community
CONQUER Community is where you can connect with other users to relate about common interests, ask about real world practices, and offer your perspective on other users questions. You can also use your voice to offer suggestions that would make CONQUER even better by adding your vote to existing Feature Requests or posting a new one if you have an especially useful idea.
My activities
In the "My activities" section, you'll be able to view your support requests and their status, your community contributions, shortcuts to any content you're associated with, as well as manage your subscriptions to the content you're following.
My requests
Each support ticket you've submitted is quickly accessible under "My requests." You can easily review the last activity, their current status and add comments. In the "Requests I'm CC'd on" section, you can see support requests from other members of your organization where you're copied. You can also search your requests by keyword. Finally, if you're an admin for your company, ask us about the ability to see all requests associated with your Organization.
Contributions
The "Contributions" section keeps track of each of your valuable posts, including Feature Requests, other Community activity and your Article comments.
Following
Finally, in the "Following" section, you'll get an easy view of all the content you're currently subscribed to, as well as the ability to unfollow any if you so desire.
Summary
That should about do it showing you the ropes of Conquer Support. There's no better resource for you to view all of your support tickets, review documentation, and interact with the rest of the Conquer community than right here. If you haven't already, go sign up!
