Keyword Search for Conversation View

Keyword Search for Conversation view is a quick and natural way to filter to conversations you might be searching for.  You can also filter conversations by date.

Search for a keyword

To start searching for a keyword inside Conversation View, click on the search icon on the top right hand side of the Conversation View component. This will expand the search bar.

Type in the keyword you want to filter by. Conversation View will automatically close any email threads that do not contain the specified keyword. 

The remaining messages with the specified keyword are displayed .
