Conquer Conversation View allows users to view sent and received messages with prospects from a cadence. The Conversation View Component can be added to Salesforce page layouts for Lead, Account, Contact, or Opportunity objects.
Note: Before adding the Conversation View component, the Conquer team has to enable the feature for your org. If you do not have the feature enabled, contact your Customer Success Manager for assistance. Also, Conversation View is available for Microsoft Outlook users only. Availability for Gmail users is coming soon.
Add the Conversation View Component
- Navigate to a Salesforce object page (Lead/Account/Contact/Opportunity) that you want to add Conversation View to.
- From the Salesforce Setup Cog icon, click on Edit Page. You will be navigated to the Lightning App Builder.
- In the Components list, navigate to the Custom - Managed category and find Conquer Conversation View. Drag Conquer Conversation View onto the canvas.
- The Conquer Conversation View component should now appear on your Salesforce object page.
