Good afternoon, Conquer users. Over the past week a number of hotfixes were released. See below for the summary of each.
[CHANGE] Increased backend timeout for new inbound infrastructure. This will improve record lookup for CRM Queries.
Impacts: Organizations using Call Flows
[CHANGE] Added ability to make high-priority updates to Inbound during live hours with no downtime.
[CHANGE] Removed dialtone functionality from the third party in merged calls, as this is not needed and can cause issues with audio.
Impacts: organizations that perform merges and transfers
[FIX] Fixed a bug where spaces in outbound Caller IDs were causing an error to be thrown.
Impacts: end users
[CHANGE] Added a timeout to the "skip record" button in Campaigns to prevent too many requests from being made. The timeout should last for 30 seconds or until a new record is presented by the Campaign, whichever is sooner.
Impacts: end users who call from Campaigns
[FIX] Fixed a bug that was causing refresh failures on Campaigns that use ZIP code instead of area code for time zone identification.
Impacts: Organizations using ZIP codes in Campaigns
