Create CRM Queries to group a collection of multiple queries.
Create a CRM Query
The CRM Queries subtab can be found from Conquer Voice Workspace → Call Flows → CRM Queries. CRM Queries are created by clicking "CRM Query Group".
CRM Query Configurations
Name - Displayed on the canvas in the Call Flows Builder and the list of CRM Queries in Conquer Voice Workspace.
Variable Name - Variables can be named anything you want. We advise to name it by the data type you want to return and something that is recognizable. Examples: ID, State, Owner.
General - Name of the Query that will show in the query overview group. Select the CRM Object Type. Filter by Last Created or Last Updated
Fields to Match - Select Field Name. Fields to match is what you are querying against. Choose which data to pass through in a call flow. You have the ability to match against multiple fields under an object type.
Fields to Return - Choose a Variable and Field Name. Select fields to return based on the variables that was created in the CRM Query Group.
Summary will show an overview of the selected configurations.
