Good morning, Conquer for Salesforce users. Recently, there has been an uptick in reports of Campaigns failing to refresh correctly and showing the "bad report" error message in the Campaign Manager, or simply failing to update without showing an error message. This is due to an error that our back end has received back from Salesforce.
This issue can be reproduced, and has been reported, outside of the context of Conquer Voice Campaigns. Salesforce has posted a Known Issue: https://success.salesforce.com/issues_view?id=a1p3A0000003fo3QAA

Conquer Development is actively working with Salesforce to determine both a timeline to resolution on the Salesforce side, and the best way to mitigate client impact on the Conquer side.
Conquer Voice for Microsoft Dynamics clients are not affected, as this is an issue specific to Salesforce.
UPDATE: Salesforce has a fix currently in deployment. The fix is live on most instances now, but you can still check the Known Issue page to see if it is live for your instance.
