Hello, Conquer Voice users. As the day approaches for the newest version of Conquer Voice to be unveiled, we wanted to provide a quick update on the process. Because this is by far, our most groundbreaking and cutting-edge release, it's going to take a bit more structure to properly execute the upgrade. In order to provide the needed structure, here are two things you'll want to know about:
- We're introducing the first ever official Conquer Beta program where the first wave of SFDC Conquer Voice users can participate in an early release beta format. The goal here is to allow time for your users to adjust to the vastly updated UI without disrupting the workflow of all your users at once. But don't worry - the beta group can operate in your full production environment!
- Regardless of your participation in the beta portion of the release, we will need to schedule each client's upgrade individually to coordinate configuration changes that need to be made both on your side, as well as ours.
If you are interested in having a handful of your users participate in the beta program, please submit a request to Support and select Beta Request as the Request Type. If you'd prefer to go straight to the production release, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager to schedule your upgrade once the beta is complete.
