Good afternoon, Conquer Voice users. This release is scheduled for 2pm Pacific Time on March 11. It includes an update to our Call Flows feature. [NEW] Added a checkbox to the Phone Number menu called "Update Agent Caller Id." When checked, it automatically updates the Caller ID and Return Number...
