The Switch Record Cadence Action allows you to swap an enrolled record out for a different record. The new record takes the old record's place in the Cadence. If your current point of contact leaves the company, or a new point of contact takes over the project you're working on, you can swap out the previous contact for the new contact without starting them all the way from the beginning.
From the Cadence Actions dropdown, select "Switch Record:"
This opens the "Change Record" window, which gives you space to input relevant information like the new record, and which step of the Cadence it makes sense to start them at:
After the fields are filled out, click the "Start Cadence" button. The previous record will be removed from the Cadence with a Removed Reason of “Agent Switched record in Cadence” and the new record will be enrolled in its place.
