We’ve completed the Conquer installation, how do my agents use Conquer?
Have you given the agents Conquer licenses? Your agents must be given Conquer licenses to call through Conquer. To give agents Conquer licenses:
Instruct your designated agents to log into Salesforce. Afterward, you navigate to Setup in Salesforce and type “Call Centers” in the Quick Find search bar then click on the Call Centers hyperlink . Next, click on the Conquer hyperlink then click on the Manage Call Center Users button:
Click on the Add More Users button:
Filter all your agents designated for Conquer Voice licenses. Afterward, click on the Find button then click on the Add to Call Center button to give agents Conquer licenses:
Note: If the total number of users in your Call Center exceed the number of available Conquer Voice licenses then your Conquer Voice control panel will crash. Contact Conquer Support to check your number of available Conquer Voice licenses.
